Speaking at a conservative summit in Denver late last week, Rep.
Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) said she believed America was turning into “a nation of slaves” because of Barack Obama, Democrats and the new health care law.

When it comes to delivering the crazy-town incendiary rhetoric, Michele Bachmann doesn’t quit.
In a webcast event for a Tea Party group, Bachmann compared the financial reform bill being debated in Washington and backed by the White House to Italy’s economic control under dictator Benito Mussolini.

Last night on the House floor, Rep.
Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) spoke to Congress about “school-based health clinics” (SBHC), labeling the clinics discussed in current House health care legislation as “sex clinics.” Also: “Referrals to follow-up for specialty care — is that abortion?”

Michele Bachmann has decided that part of the health care bill that discusses school-based clinics (she calls them sex clinics) would lead to students being whisked away during school hours for abortions without parent consent.
Totally plausible.
